Facebook has banned the sale of a Mark Zuckerberg doll, made by Made in Chinda Gadgets.
This doll is made by China Gadgets. Mark Zuckerberg is standing and holding a poke and like sign. This is kind of funny! This doll is making fun of our Social network’s CEO.
So I guess that is the reason, Facebook has banned the doll. I kind of like the doll. 🙂 This doll was being sold at $69.90, but it could have been the perfect gift for a Facebook addict.

Facebook is leaving no stone unturned to make itself good and popular. Recently Facebook hired an ex Googler, named Amid Zoufonoun.
Amid Zoufonoun was in Google since 2003. Zoufonoun has led major acquisitions including On2, Grandcentral (Google Voice), Metaweb, Widevine, Feedburner, and Simplify Media, according to his LinkedIn profile.
He was director of corporate development in Google. Now he is leaving Google to come to Facebook. His will continue to be director of corporate development once he starts at Facebook next week. I wonder what package Facebook offered him to join their team. 🙂
Prior to moving to Google, Zoufonoun was the director of intellectual property and corporate counsel at ArrayComm LLC. He has a BS in electrical engineering from Santa Clara University and a JD from Santa Clara’s School of Law.
Well, jokes apart this is really good. Mark Zuckerberg just wants the best minds in the market to be with him. Last month Alexandre Hohagen,Google’s head of Sales joined Facebook.

Wow, did you notice that now you can tag people while writing comments ? I just saw this today while commenting on rtCamp’s anniversary celebration pics. 🙂
You just need to add ‘@‘ sign before a name. Just as in the image I tagged @rtCamp, it gave me a number of options to choose from. 🙂 When you type the symbol ‘@’ before any letter, a drop down list appears to let you tag people.

Remember when Eminem surpassed Lady Gaga with more number of fans on Facebook ? We said that with this rate Eminem is going to overtake Michael Jackson very soon. The news is that it has! Eminem has greatest number of fans now on Facebook!
When I talked about Eminem getting more fans than Lady Gaga I was kind of happy inside. But when I mentioned that he may overtake Michael Jackson I was hoping that he shouldn’t. But, to my surprise it has happened!
Eminem has become the first person, living or dead, to achieve 30 million Facebook ‘likes’. Oh my God this is kind of weird! There are 30 million fans all over the world that like Eminem so much, even more than the legend himself ! Eminem has 30,281,965 fans whereas Michael Jackson has 29,855,029 fans!

Did you know that six of the founders and investors behind the popular and most loved social networking site Facebook have made it to the Forbes annual list of the world’s top billionaires.
Mark Zuckerberg is 52nd most richest person in world, last year he was at 212. His fortune estimate is billion dollars. Ah, what a rise! Co-founder Dustin Moskovitz is next in line, at $2.7 billion. Former Facebook president (and co-founder of Napster) Sean Parker secures his spot with a $1.6 billion fortune.
Facebook investor Peter Thiel follows with $1.5 billion. And Russian investor Yuri Milner rounds out the bottom end with a worth of $1 billion. Eduardo Saverin, also made the list, with Forbes estimating that his settlement with Zuckerberg earned him about $1.6 billion.
The list’s top three remains unchanged from last year, with Berkshire Hathaway CEO Warren Buffet at No. 3 ($50 billion) and Microsoft founder Bill Gates at No. 2 ($56 billion). Mexican tycoon Carlos Slim Helu takes the title of “world’s richest person” with a fortune worth $74 billion.

Due to a recent study it has been shown that girls who are more image conscious put more photographs online on Facebook. 🙂 Hah ! I guess that is true.
In a recent post we told you how women upload 200% more photographs than men on Facebook. Well, now it is almost proved that girls who upload more photographs on Facebook are image conscious. I agree to this, what about you? 🙂

The study, led by Michael Stefanone from the University of Buffalo, found that women who base their self-worth on their appearance take the help of social networking sites to feel good and gain attention.
They surveyed 311 volunteers and studied both how each participant used Facebook and what factors they base their self-esteem on. According to them women tend to use Facebook more for photographs. However, for people whose self-worth is defined by family life and behaving in a morally upstanding manner “spent less time online”.
